5 STEP BUSINESS DESIGN PROCESS
Step 1: Programming / Data Gathering We start by brainstorming with our clients. We ask questions. We do a lot of listening. We want to understand your company structure and how you plan to grow as a company. We help you define your company culture.
Step 2: Space Acquisition and or Planning You need to expand. We can help with the Programming and Data Gathering information. We will help you analyze the space you require to support your business. Most companies incorrectly estimate their actual spatial requirements. At INSTUDIO we can provide you with floor plans to show you how any given space may be utilized to best suit you, before signing on the bottom line.
Step 3: Schematic Design We take the floor plan along with the data we gathered and explore the possibilities. We provide you with design sketches, color schemes, more detailed space plans and choices. As a team we will work together to satisfy your office requirements both aesthetic and physical.
Step 4: Design Development Once you are satisfied with the design direction, we fully develop the concept by adding all of the necessary detail for your final review. Our goal is to satisfy you, the client. We are successful when you are happy.
Step 5: Construction We know that time is of the essence and budget is important. Our team will work to keep a project on track and within budget, while keeping you informed every step of the way.
